CyberChef 8.12.3 now available for Security Onion 16.04!

CyberChef 8.12.3 was recently released:

securityonion-web-page - 20141015-0ubuntu0securityonion87 is now available and includes CyberChef 8.12.3.  This should resolve the following issue:
